Returns & Order Modifications
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- You can return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, excluding shipping fees. Once we receive your return, we typically process the refund within 3-5 business days, and the credit will appear in your account within 2-3 business days.
Replacing Defective Parts:
- If any part is found to be defective, we will replace it entirely free of charge.
Return & Cancellation Policy:
- To return or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing info@enginetechhub.com. Please note that all returns and cancellations require prior authorization.
Terms:
- Shipping charges may apply to returns and cancellations unless the issue was due to an error on our part, or the order was canceled before it shipped. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the supplier. To initiate a return, you must contact a customer service representative to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Email us at info@enginetechhub.com, and be sure to include your order number when processing a return. Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
Replacements:
- Company policy requires that we receive the original auto part before dispatching a replacement. The original part must be returned using the shipping label provided. The cost of shipping for both the original and replacement parts is the responsibility of the customer. Please note, that if the original part is not returned within 30 days of receiving the replacement, the buyer’s credit card will be charged for the cost of the original part (excluding initial shipping costs). If you have questions regarding the return of the original part, please contact our customer service team during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST), or email info@enginetechhub.com.
Disclaimer:
Some components, such as used engines, transmissions, and axles, may include worn parts or accessories that are not covered under our warranty. These parts may need to be replaced before installation. Non-guaranteed items can include but are not limited to nuts, bolts, seals, bushings, brackets, sensors, and wiring. If an item, such as a pressed-in ball joint, is non-serviceable, it will be covered under the guarantee. Additionally, we do not guarantee color matching on any part sold. Repainting, refinishing, or reupholstering may be required to achieve a proper color match.
Refunds processed via Stripe will be handled by our partner, “Meneret Auto,” and may take up to 7 business days to be completed.
