At Engine Tech Hub, we want your purchase to be simple, secure, and transparent. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods we accept, how and when payments are processed, and the terms that apply to every order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We accept a range of secure payment options to make your purchase convenient:

  • Bank / wire transfers — available for larger orders (please contact us to arrange).

Currency

All prices on our website are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are paying with a card issued outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.


Payment Processing & Order Confirmation

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received and verified.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email after your payment is processed.
  • We reserve the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order where payment cannot be confirmed or where fraud is suspected.

Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will never affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
  • Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Final shipping and tax amounts are calculated and displayed before you complete your order.
  • We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will notify you before processing.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and current tax laws. The tax amount, where required, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


Payment Security

Your security is a top priority. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Sensitive payment information is handled directly by our trusted payment processors.


Deposits & Special Orders

For custom, sourced, or special-order engines, a deposit or full payment may be required before we begin sourcing or processing the order. Any deposit terms will be clearly communicated and agreed to in writing before payment.


Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails to process:

  • Your order will not be confirmed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
  • We may contact you to arrange an alternative payment method.
  • Orders with unresolved payment issues may be cancelled after a reasonable period.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are issued in accordance with our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank and payment provider.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted and to provide payment processors with relevant order documentation.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can typically be cancelled for a full refund. Once an engine has shipped, cancellation is handled under our Return Policy.
