At Engine Tech Hub, we ship quality car and boat engines to customers across the United States. Because engines are large, heavy, and valuable, we take extra care in how they’re packaged and delivered. This Shipping Policy explains how our shipping works, what to expect, and what to do when your engine arrives. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
We are based in Texas and ship to customers nationwide across all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you have a special delivery request, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Because of their size and weight, most engines ship via freight (LTL) carrier, not standard parcel delivery:
Once your engine ships, we’ll send you tracking information by email so you can follow your shipment to your door. If you haven’t received tracking details within a reasonable time after ordering, contact us and we’ll update you right away.
Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery:
Documenting damage at delivery is essential for us to file a claim on your behalf.
Freight carriers typically schedule a delivery appointment for large shipments. If you miss a scheduled delivery or the carrier is unable to deliver, you may be responsible for redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier. Please be available for your delivery appointment or arrange an alternative in advance.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately and we’ll correct it if the order hasn’t yet shipped.
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your engine and keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
Local pickup from our Texas facility may be available for some orders. If you’d prefer to pick up your engine in person, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and arrange a time.
